Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using inspectoreats.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of InspectorEats.
Service Description
InspectorEats is a restaurant health inspection aggregator. We collect, index, and display publicly available health inspection records published by local, county, and state government health departments across the United States. Our goal is to make this public information easier to find and understand.
Data Disclaimer
All inspection data displayed on InspectorEats comes from official government sources. However:
- Data may not be fully current. There is typically a lag between when an inspection occurs and when it appears on our site.
- We are not the health department. InspectorEats is an independent aggregator, not an official government resource.
- Records may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but cannot guarantee it.
- Inspection scoring systems and grades vary by jurisdiction. A score in one city may not be directly comparable to a score in another.
For the most current and authoritative information, always consult your local county or municipal health department directly.
